Awarded by the Journées Musicales de Carthage in Tunisia as well as the Prix de la presse musicale in France, Aleph Quintet is one of the rising stars of the Brussels music scene, particularly with their album Shapes of Silence, released in 2023 on Igloo Records.

The Aleph Quintet project highlights the union of these five musicians, reflects their roots, and retraces the years of travel during which the collective bonded around this music. Boundless and driven by their generosity, North African music blends with jazz improvisation, Gnawa rhythms, and Sufi culture.
